Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Doft VPN apps and vpn.doft.com. By downloading or using Doft VPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Doft VPN provides an encrypted VPN connection that helps you protect your privacy and reach apps and websites. Every server location is available on the free plan; free connections run at a reduced speed and within a daily data allowance, and a paid Premium option raises both and adds priority performance. We may add, change, or remove servers and features over time.
Subscriptions, renewal and billing
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Doft VPN lawfully. You must not use the service to break the law, harm others, send spam or malware, attempt to breach or overload our systems or networks, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or harms the service or other users.
Free and Premium
Core VPN access, including every server location, is free to use, at a reduced connection speed and within a daily data allowance. Premium raises the speed limit, replaces the daily allowance with a larger monthly one, and adds priority performance. The current limits for both plans are shown in the app; those limits and the specific benefits of Premium may change, and we will describe what applies there.
No advertising
Doft VPN does not show advertisements and does not sell your data to advertisers.
Service availability and disclaimer
We work to keep Doft VPN reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific speeds, or that every site or app will be reachable at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doft VPN and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Doft VPN at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Doft VPN after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
